- Send spam, bulk unsolicited consumer email, phishing, or messages without a valid unsubscribe path where required
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against individuals
- Scrape or process personal data in violation of platform terms or law
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload malware, attempt to breach our systems, or abuse API rate limits
- Use the Service for illegal products, fraud, or sanctions-evasion
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
- Generate or send content that infringes intellectual property rights
3. AI-generated content
Agent outputs are drafts only. You are responsible for factual accuracy, compliance, and tone before any message is sent from the platform or your connected inbox.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate complaints, monitor abuse signals, and remove content or accounts that violate this policy or our Terms of Service. Report abuse to viral@askqa.app.
